Effective Date: 2026-05-11. These terms govern use of the website, digital services, and mobile applications operated by Tuoji (Xuzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, business services, or mobile applications, you agree to this Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Service Scope

Our business scope includes:

  • Network technology development.
  • Software development.
  • Internet live media and advertising marketing.
  • All-category e-commerce retail support.
  • Enterprise management and business services.
  • Digital technology and data services.
  • Mobile management applications integrated into these service lines, including distribution through Google Play and the App Store.

4. Account and Access Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information where registration or business onboarding is required.
  • Users are responsible for account credentials, device security, and lawful use of services.
  • Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering beyond legal exceptions, or abuse of platform resources are prohibited.

5. App Store Distribution Terms

For apps distributed via Google Play and the App Store:

  • Users must comply with applicable platform terms, payment rules, and content restrictions imposed by store operators.
  • Feature availability can vary by region, device capabilities, and app store policy status.
  • We may update, suspend, or remove certain features to meet legal, security, or platform compliance requirements.
  • Store operators are not parties to this agreement for core service obligations unless explicitly stated by platform policy.

6. Advertising and Monetization Terms

Our applications may include advertising monetization channels and mediation layers, including Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Pangle, Mintegral, InMobi, Liftoff Monetize, Chartboost, Start.io, Smaato, Yandex Ads, Digital Turbine, and Bigo Ads.

Ad experiences may include App Open ads, Rewarded Video ads, Interstitial ads, and Banner ads.

Users acknowledge that ad display may depend on consent state, legal region, account status, and anti-fraud controls. Reward-based ad mechanics are subject to app-specific conditions and anti-abuse checks.

7. Compliance with Privacy and Age Policies

  • Users must review and comply with our Privacy Policy and local legal requirements.
  • Where age restrictions apply, users must meet minimum age requirements or provide authorized parental/guardian consent as required by law.
  • Child-directed or youth-sensitive service modes may include disabled personalized advertising, restricted data processing, and feature limitations.

8. Country and Region Regulatory Alignment

Service operation may be adapted according to local law, including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other US state laws, PIPEDA, LGPD, APPI, PIPA, Singapore PDPA, Australian Privacy Act, New Zealand Privacy Act, and similar frameworks where applicable.

Depending on jurisdiction, users may receive different consent flows, notices, rights interfaces, and feature controls.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in our software, designs, content, trademarks, and technical materials remain owned by Tuoji (Xuzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd or its licensors.

No license is granted except limited rights necessary for lawful use of services under this agreement.

10. Acceptable Use Rules

You must not:

  • Use services for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with service integrity.
  • Inject malicious code, perform unauthorized scraping, or manipulate ad events.
  • Use bots or scripts to generate fake traffic, fake rewards, or invalid ad interactions.

11. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate features or access when necessary for legal compliance, security mitigation, platform policy obligations, abuse prevention, or operational restructuring.

Where feasible, we provide notice in advance for significant non-emergency changes.

12. Fees and Commercial Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a separate commercial agreement, website browsing is generally provided without direct user fees. Paid enterprise services, customized development, or managed operation projects are governed by written contracts and invoicing terms.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis unless otherwise required by law or written contract. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available operation across all devices, networks, or jurisdictions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuoji is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from service use, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted and, where applicable, capped according to the relevant contract value.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuoji, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your unlawful use of services, rights infringement, policy violations, or breach of this agreement.

16. Consumer Rights and Mandatory Local Protections

Nothing in this agreement removes non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law. Mandatory local protections will prevail over conflicting contract terms where required.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law or separate written agreement, disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@xztuoji.com.

If unresolved, dispute resolution mechanisms may be determined by applicable contractual terms, competent jurisdiction rules, and mandatory consumer law in the user's region.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Service Agreement to reflect legal, operational, product, and policy changes. Updated versions are posted on this website with a revised effective date.
